UOB Global Capital (UOBGC), founded in 1998, is the global asset management affiliate of the UOB Group (UOB), one of Asia’s premier financial institutions.

UOB Global Capital (UOBGC) operates from offices in New York and Paris, with representation at UOB’s Head Office in Singapore. In this way, the firm can carry on its activities and meet investor’s needs across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

UOBGC’s Mission Is Two-Fold:

To provide integrated global asset management solutions with a comprehensive product range that serves institutional investors worldwide.

To bring UOB’s Asian regional investment strengths to clients outside that region who are seeking exposure there.

UOBGC is not a traditional “factory”, managing investment products with a fixed philosophy, but rather, UOBGC is a dynamic evaluator of Market needs that assesses investor sentiments and requirements to better provide investments suited to each particular class of investors. This is accomplished by our affiliation with a network of the highest quality investment talent across all asset classes (including the UOB Group’s in-house asset management), where such talent is “best of breed”, combining the resources of UOBGC and each affiliation in an efficient and disciplined approach.

UOBGC is backed by the resources of the UOB Group, one of Asia’s premier financial institutions. UOB has acted as co-investor in a number of UOBGC’s investment funds and products, providing seed capital and demonstrating the Group’s commitment to its investment management business.
